Production time
Cards are programmed to order. Production normally takes 2–3 business days from the moment we receive your review link and branding details.
Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days within the EU and 7–14 business days elsewhere.
Faulty cards
If a card arrives damaged, or the NFC chip does not open your review page, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it free of charge.
