1. About these terms
By ordering from Malta Tap you agree to these terms. Orders are processed and payments are handled by our checkout provider; card details never touch our servers.
2. Products
Malta Tap cards contain a passive NFC chip pointing at a web address you supply. We do not host, control, or guarantee the destination page.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the cards to ask for honest, unfiltered feedback. Offering incentives for reviews, gating negative feedback, or otherwise breaching Google's review policies is not permitted, and you remain solely responsible for how you use the card.
4. Custom orders
You are responsible for the accuracy of the branding and review link you send us. Once production starts, personalised items cannot be cancelled.
5. Liability
Malta Tap is not liable for lost business, review volume, ranking outcomes, or any indirect loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
6. Trademarks
Malta Tap is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google is a trademark of Google LLC.
